Are you interested in learning how to give guided interpretive walks? Do you enjoy sharing your passion for the outdoors with others?

Join Andy Tetlow, the South West Peak Communications & Interpretation Officer for an Introduction to Guided Walks training in the Goyt Valley. This training will follow the route of an upcoming guided walk being offered by the South West Peak and will cover the following:

- Designing your Walk
- Purpose of Interpretation
- Targeting your Audience
- Content and the Audience

And much more!

This 2-hour walking training will provide you with the basic tools and background that you need to start assisting with guided walks and helping to interpret the wonders of the South West Peak to audiences from around the country and world. This will also form the basis for further intermediate and advanced training at a range of iconic locations throughout the area. Supplementary reading and study material will be provided at the training.

Limited to 8 People.
