This visit to Dale Mine follows the meeting on Monday 15th April at Warslow Village Hall.

It will be led by Dr John Barnatt to explain and show the group the surface features of the mine that will be the focus of further archaeological investigation, repair and adoption.

If you want to be part of the Dale Mine Project, it is advisable for you attend both the talk and the site visit, but if one or other is not possible, please contact Catherine at catherine.parkerheath@peakdistrict.gov.uk.

Bring a packed lunch, and wear sturdy footwear and suitable clothing for the weather.
